This site, pauldavidthompson.com, is operated by EverVest, LLC. This policy explains what data the site collects, why, how long it is kept, and how to ask for it to be deleted.

What I collect

• What you give me. If you sign up for the build notes, I collect the first name and email address you enter. If you email me, I keep that message.
• What the site records automatically. Standard analytics data such as pages visited, referring site, approximate location by region, device type, and how you move through the site. This is tied to a random identifier, not your name.

Tools that run on this site

• Google Analytics 4 for site analytics. It loads only after you accept analytics cookies.
• GoHighLevel as the email and contact system that stores newsletter signups.
• Netlify for hosting and form handling.
• ImageKit as the image delivery network.

How I use it

To send the build notes you asked for, to reply to you, to understand which content is worth writing more of, and to keep the site working. I do not sell your data. I do not share it except with the tools listed above, which process it on my behalf.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies load only after you accept them in the banner. You can change your choice any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

How long I keep it

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. Analytics data is retained by Google for up to 14 months. Emails you send me are kept as long as they are useful, then deleted.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in it. You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete the data I hold about you. Email me and I will handle it.
